Italian Easter Menu
This year at Da Sandro we celebrated Easter the way we do at home: with fresh ingredients, calm moments, and a lot of passion. We prepared a tasting menu inspired by the most iconic flavors of this holiday.
What did the experience include?
- Antipasto: Burrata di Mare with clams and our famous fried bread.
- Main Course: Tagliatelle alla Contadina with local sausage, cream, and tomato.
- Traditional Dessert: A slice of artisan Colomba Pasquale with mascarpone cream.
- Drink: A glass of Italian red wine or soft drink.
